Parents Needed! 

Our first School Council meeting of the year will be held on Wednesday, September 23 at 3:50 – 4:15pm at James Short Memorial School library. 

Childcare will be available. 

School Council plays an important role in supporting our school community. Having an established School Council also allows us to apply for funding and grants that can help us purchase resources and improve opportunities for our students. 

One of our biggest priorities is a new playground, and we will need the support and involvement of our School Council to help make this goal possible. 

Please consider joining us! You do not need any special experience, just an interest in supporting our students and school community. We would love to have you there.
