Grade 4 Open House
Current Grade 3 students and families are invited to a Grade 4 Open House at GW Skene on May 29th at 6:00-6:30pm.
Sound Kreations Dance Residency
We are excited to share that Elbow Park School has gifted our students with a one-week dance residency. During the week of June 2nd to 6th, students will participate in daily dance lessons. We will post pictures on our Instagram account to share progress.
2025/2026 School Year
If you are not planning on attending school at James Short Memorial School next year, please let us know. This helps as we look forward to plan for student success.
Kindergarten Registration
Do you have a child at home who was born in 2020? If so, they are eligible to register for kindergarten. Kindergarten registration is now done on-line. Registration information can be located at: https://cbe.ab.ca/registration/registration/Pages/default.aspx
Pokemon Cards and other toys at school
Please ensure that your child is not bringing Pokemon cards or any other toys to school. Keeping these at home ensures that they are safe and not broken or traded. Thanks for your support with this.
