Reporting an Absence
Parents/guardians are expected to notify the school of their child’s absence prior to the start of the school day. Please contact the main office with the following information:
- Your name and relationship to the student
- Student’s Full Name (spell last name)
- Grade
- Date(s) of Absences
- Reason for the Absence
Annual Volunteer Form
To ensure the security and safety of our staff and students, all volunteers in our schools need to be registered. This form must be completed annually. The information collected on this form will be held in strict confidence. Please see Shelley in the main office to complete this form.
Indoor Shoes
All students are required to wear indoor shoes while at school. If your child does not have indoor shoes that are appropriate for physical activity, please stop by the school. We have many pairs of gently used shoes available for students to choose from.

Monday September 7 – No Classes – Labour Day
Thursday September 24 – Meet the Teacher/Open House
Friday September 25 – No Classes for Students – Non-Instructional Day
Wednesday September 30 – No Classes – National Day for Truth and Reconciliation
